Common use of Level III Clause in Contracts

Level III. a. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Superintendent, or his or her delegate, the Association may appeal the decision to the Board. The appeal shall be filed on the form provided and shall be addressed to the President of the Board, who shall schedule a hearing on said appeal to be held by the Board or designated committee thereof within twenty (20) days from receipt of the appeal.

The appeal shall be filed on the form provided and shall be addressed to the President of the BoardBoard of School Directors, who shall schedule a hearing on said appeal to be held by the Board or designated committee thereof within twenty (20) days from receipt of the appeal.
