Level I. Level I. The written grievance, signed by the teacher involved must be presented to a responsible administrator within the time limits provided in Section 4. The responsible administrator shall meet with the teacher within seven (7) days after receipt of the written grievance and given a written answer to the grievance within five (5) days of the meeting. The teacher has five (5) days in which to either accept the answer or appeal it in writing to the next level. Subd. 2. Level II.
