Common use of Level I Clause in Contracts

Level I. If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussions, the appropriate administrator shall give a written decision on the grievance including reasons therefore to the parties involved within five days after receipt of the written grievance.

Level I. If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussions, the appropriate administrator building principal shall give a written decision on the grievance including reasons therefore to the parties involved within five days after receipt of the written grievance.

Level I. If the grievance is not resolved through informal discussions, the appropriate administrator Governing Board designee shall give a written decision on the grievance including reasons therefore to the parties involved within five seven (7) days after receipt of the written grievance.
