Common use of Level Four Clause in Contracts

Level Four. If the aggrieved person and the Association Grievance Committee are not satisfied with the decision at Level Three, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) working days, and the Association Grievance Committee determines that the grievance is meritorious, it may submit the grievance to arbitration by written notice to the Board within fifteen (15) working days of the decision at Level Three.
