Common use of Level Four Clause in Contracts

Level Four. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Three, he/she may file the written grievance within ten (10) days of the Level Three response with the Board.

Level Four. i. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her their grievance at Level Three, he/she they may file the written grievance within ten (10) days of the Level Three response with the BoardBoard of Trustees.

Level Four. i. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Three, he/she may file the written grievance within ten (10) days of the Level Three response responses with the Board.

Level Four. i. a. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Three, he/she may file the written grievance within ten (10) days of the Level Three response with the BoardBoard of Trustees.

Level Four. i. A. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Three, he/she may file the written grievance within ten (10) days of the Level Three response with the BoardBoard of Education.

Level Four. i. If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her the grievance at Level Three, or if no decision has been rendered within twenty-five (25) work days after the grievance was delivered to the Board, he/she may file the written grievance may, within ten (10) days of the Level Three response with the Board.ten

Level Four. i. (1) If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the disposition of his/her grievance at Level Three, he/she may file the written grievance within ten 10 (10ten) days of the Level Three response with the Board.the
