Common use of Level Four - Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Level Four - Arbitration. a. Within ten (10) days of the decision at Level Three or if no written decision has been rendered within the required time, the grievant may request to the Association that the decision rendered under Level Three be submitted to Arbitration. If the Association so determines, it may submit the grievance to Arbitration within ten (10) days after receipt of the request from the grievant.

Level Four - Arbitration. a. Within ten (10a) If not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Three, the Association may, within three (3) days of after the decision at Level Three Board’s decision, or if no written decision has been rendered within six (6) days after the required timeBoard meeting, the grievant may request to the Association that the decision rendered under Level Three be submitted to Arbitration. If the Association so determineswhichever comes first, it may submit the grievance to arbitration by so notifying the Board in writing and by filing a demand for arbitration under the Voluntary Labor Arbitration within ten (10) days after receipt Rules of the request from AAA which shall act as the grievantadministrator of the proceedings.
