Common use of Level 3 - Superintendent Clause in Contracts

Level 3 - Superintendent. ‌ 292 7.5.1 The grievant may appeal the decision from ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ to the Superintendent 293 within ten (10) working days after receiving it. The appeal shall be submitted 294 to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources who shall forward the 295 grievance to the Superintendent.
