Lessor's Right to Assign. Lessor's interest in this Lease may be assigned to any mortgagee or trust deed beneficiary as additional security. Nothing in this Lease shall empower Lessee to do any act without Lessor's prior written consent which can, shall or may encumber the title of the owner of all or any part of the Property.
