Common use of LESSOR'S ACCESS Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S ACCESS. LESSOR or agents of LESSOR may at any reasonable time enter to view the leased premises, to make repairs and alterations as LESSOR should elect to do for the leased premises, the common areas or any other portions of the building, to make repairs which LESSEE is required but has failed to do, and to show the leased premises to others.

LESSOR or agents of LESSOR may at any reasonable time and upon reasonable notice except in the case of an emergency enter to view the leased premises, to make repairs and alterations as LESSOR should elect to do for the leased premises, the common areas or any other portions of the building, to make repairs which LESSEE is required but has failed to do, and to show the leased premises to others.
