Common use of LESSOR'S ACCESS Clause in Contracts

LESSOR'S ACCESS. 32.1 Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same, performing any services required of Lessor, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, taking such safety measures, erecting such scaffolding or other necessary structures, making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Office Building Project as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary or desirable and the erecting, using and maintaining of utilities, services, pipes and conduits through the Premises and/or other premises as long as there is no material adverse effect to Lessee's use of the Premises. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs.

Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. While on the Premises pursuant to this paragraph Lessor and its employees, agents and contractors shall use reasonable efforts to minimize any disturbance to the conduct of Lessee's business.

Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs.

LESSOR'S ACCESS. 32.1 Lessor and Lessor's agents shall have the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times UPON REASONABLE PRIOR NOTICE for the purpose of inspecting the same, performing any services required of Lessor, showing the same to prospective purchasers, lenders, or lessees, taking such safety measures, erecting such scaffolding or other necessary structures, making such alterations, repairs, improvements or additions to the Premises or to the Office Building Project as Lessor may reasonably deem necessary or desirable and the erecting, using and maintaining of utilities, services, pipes and conduits through the Premises and/or other premises as long as there is no material adverse effect to Lessee's use of the Premises. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs.

Lessee may require that Lessor give 24 hours prior notice before entering the Premises, except in cases of emergency. Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "“For Sale" ” signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 one hundred twenty (120) days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "“For Lease" ” signs.

Lessor may at any time place on or about the Premises or the Building any ordinary "For Sale" signs and Lessor may at any time during the last 120 days of the term hereof place on or about the Premises any ordinary "For Lease" signs. Lessor shall make their best effort at giving Lessee reasonable notice prior to any of the above events.
