LESSOR REPRESENTATIVE. The Airport Manager is the official representative of the Lessor for the administration and enforcement of this Agreement.
LESSOR REPRESENTATIVE. Lessor’s initial representative (“Lessor’s Representative”) for this Lease shall be Lessor’s Director of Public Services and, whenever Lessor’s approval is required under this Lease, the prior written approval of Lessor’s Representative shall satisfy such requirement. Lessor’s Representative may require Lessee to take such action or actions as may be necessary in order to ensure compliance by Lessee with the provisions of this Lease. Lessor may change Lessor’s Representative from time to time for this Lease by written notice to Lessee.
