LESSEE EQUITY. Lessee shall have paid all of the Lessee Equity funds into the Project before the first Disbursement (or any subsequent Disbursement if additional Lessee Equity should be required) and Lessee shall deliver evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Lessor.
