Common use of Lessee Board Meetings Clause in Contracts

Lessee Board Meetings. Meetings of the Lessee Board, annual, regular and special, shall be held at the principal office of Lessee or other place as may from time to time be fixed by resolution of the Lessee Board. Regular meetings of the Lessee Board shall be held at such times as may from time to time be fixed by resolution of the Lessee Board, and no notice (other than the resolution) need be given as to any regular meeting. Special meetings may be held at any time upon the call of any two members of the Lessee Board, by oral, telephonic or facsimile notice (or notice given by other means of electronic transmission (including electronic mail)) duly given or sent at least one day, or by written notice sent by express mail at least two days, before the meeting to each member of the Lessee Board. Any action required or permitted to be taken at any meeting of the Lessee Board may be taken without a meeting if a written consent thereto is signed by all members of the Lessee Board. Lessee shall reimburse each member of the Lessee Board for his or her reasonable expenses in connection with attending any meeting of the Lessee Board.
