Common use of LESPA Committee Representation Clause in Contracts

LESPA Committee Representation. The LESPA President may appoint a LESPA representative to any District committee and/or council that has an effect, long-term or short-term, on its membership. These shall include but not be limited to budget, compensation, sick leave bank, capital outlay, and staffing.
