Common use of Length of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Length of Coverage. Premiums shall be for a maximum period of ten (10) years between age fifty-five (55) and sixty-five (65), or until the retiree becomes re-employed and is covered by a health plan, or becomes eligible for Medi-Care, National Health, or other government-sponsored program; or upon the death of the employee.
