Common use of Lender Commitments Clause in Contracts

Lender Commitments. Effective upon Closing, Schedule “G” to the Credit Agreement (which for certainty is attached as Appendix 1) is hereby replaced by the Schedule “G” attached to this Amending Agreement as Appendix 2.

Lender Commitments. Effective upon Closing, Schedule “G” to the Credit Agreement (which for certainty is attached as Appendix 12) is hereby replaced by the Schedule “G” attached to this Amending Agreement as Appendix 23.

Lender Commitments. Effective upon Closing, Schedule “G” to the Credit Agreement (which for certainty is attached as Appendix 1) is hereby replaced by the Schedule “G” attached to this Amending Agreement as Appendix 21.

Lender Commitments. Effective upon Closing, Schedule “G” to the Credit Agreement (which for certainty is attached as Appendix 1) is hereby replaced by the Schedule “G” attached to this Amending Agreement as Appendix 2, provided that the Commitments set forth therein are subject to Section 2.6(a)(iii).
