Legal Protection and Liability. Whenever any action, claim, or proceeding is instituted against any faculty member arising out of their employment, faculty can submit a request seeking defense by the Attorney General’s office to the Trustees and if approved by the Trustees, the request will be submitted to the Attorney General’s office for consideration consistent with governing laws.
