Legal Proceedings Instituted. If legal proceedings (i.e. a bond claim, a lawsuit, stop notices, mechanic’s liens, etc.) are instituted, interest will be assessed from the due date. As part of a settlement the EISB CAO or the Board of Directors may waive a portion or all of the interest owed.
