Legal Costs and Expenses. (a) Lessor and Lessee each shall bear the cost of their own legal fees, inspection and appraisal fees, and related expenses associated with the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement; provided, however, that Lessor and Lessee shall split evenly the fees and expenses charged by Special FAA Counsel (and otherwise incurred) in performing the filings and registrations required in Section 5 of this Agreement.
