Common use of Leave Transfer Program Clause in Contracts

Leave Transfer Program. ‌ Fort ▇▇▇▇▇ has established a Leave Transfer Program under which the unused accrued annual leave of one Department of the Army employee may be transferred for use by another Department of the Army employee for use by a Department of the Army employee who needs such leave because of a medical emergency. The procedures governing the administration of this program are contained in Fort ▇▇▇▇▇ Regulation 690-3.
