Common use of Leave Share Clause in Contracts

Leave Share. The University will provide access to the Leave Share program in place as of the date of this Agreement and as it may be modified by the University from time to time. The University shall provide notice of any proposed changes to the program to the Union and will meet and confer on these changes upon written request from the Union. The University retains the sole and exclusive right to change, modify, or terminate this program at any time.
