Leave Participation. Any employee granted a leave of absence as provided in this Collective Bargaining Agreement shall have the option to remain on active participation in all fringe benefit programs for a maximum of two (2) years; provided that the premiums for insurance programs shall be paid by the employee on a monthly basis in advance of the month due.
