LEASE PROVIDER. A Contractor desiring to transfer Lease Vehicles under the Contract shall designate one (1) or more Lease Providers to enter into a Lease with the Authorized User, administer the resulting Lease, and receive the Monthly Lease Payment from the Authorized User.
