LEARNING CONTRACTS. Pay for learning contracts is calculated based on the faculty mentor’s salary placement on the 35 WW column using the following multipliers: SECTION I. ADDITIONAL DUTIES. Additional duties consist of those which are in addition to the expectations of a full-time load or adjunct teaching assignment.
