Lead Worker. When an Athletic Facilities Attendant performs as a Lead Worker at the direction of the University, the employee shall receive a fifty-five cents (55¢) per hour increase for all hours worked while performing Lead Worker duties in addition to the employee’s basic straight time hourly rate (along with any applicable shift differential).
