LEAD WORKER PAY. 146. Employees in non-supervisory classifications shall be entitled to a $10.00 per day premium as follows a. When designated in writing by the Appointing Officer or designee and b. When at least two non-supervisory employees in the same classification are working together and one is assigned to direct the work of the other(s) as the lead person; or c. For 3417 Gardeners and 7514 Laborers, when leading and directing an alternate work crew of at least three workers or a crew with mixed classifications composed of at least three other workers; or d. For 3417 Gardeners, when leading, directing, coaching and training at least one 3410 Gardener Apprentice in the field.
