Common use of LEAD WORKER PAY Clause in Contracts

LEAD WORKER PAY. 124. An employee in any class covered by Local 1414, designated by his or her supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall receive a premium of $12 per day when required to sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on a job when at least two (2) employees in the same classification are assigned to a particular job and one acts as a lead. Effective 7/1/07, the Lead Worker Pay premium will be increased by $1 each fiscal year for the duration of this agreement.
