LEAD WORKER PAY. 110.124. An employee in any class covered by Local 1414, when designated by his or her the employee’s supervisor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a lead worker, shall receive a premium of $20 per day when required to sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on a job when at least two (2) employees in the same classification are assigned to a particular job and one acts as a lead.
