LEAD WORKER PAY. ‌ 143. Employees in non-supervisory classifications shall be entitled to a $15.00 per day premium when designated in writing by the Appointing Officer or designee and 144. a. When at least three (3) non-supervisory employees are working together and one (1) is assigned to direct the work of the other(s) as the lead person; or
