Common use of LEAD WORKER PAY Clause in Contracts

LEAD WORKER PAY. 172. Employees in the covered classes, when designated in writing by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall be entitled to a ten ($10.00) per day premium where required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, and take the lead on any job where at least three employees are assigned. 173. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.

LEAD WORKER PAY. 172181. Employees in the covered classes, when designated in writing by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall be entitled to a ten fifteen dollars ($10.0015.00) per day premium where required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, and take the lead on any job where at least three employees two painters are assigned. 173. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.

Employees in the covered classes, when designated in writing by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall be entitled to a ten twelve dollar and fifty cents ($10.0012.50) per day premium where when required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, and take the lead on any job where at least three four employees are assigned. 173. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.

Employees in the covered classes, when designated approved in writing by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall be entitled to a ten twelve dollars and fifty cents ($10.0012.50) per day premium where required to perform any two of the following: plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, and or take the lead on any job where at least three employees two mechanics are assigned. 173Only one employee may be designated Lead Worker on any job. 215. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.
