Lead Mechanic. Employees in the following classes when designated in writing by their supervisor or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a lead mechanic, shall be entitled to a $9.00 per day premium when required to perform one or more of the following duties: plan, design, detail, sketch, layout, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on any job when at least two or more mechanics who are in the same classification are assigned to the same job. Effective July 1, 2002 the rate shall be $10.00 per day.
