Lead Assignment. 5 A. The County may assign an employee or employees to serve as Lead 6 Worker(s) to perform certain limited supervisory duties including laying out the work for 7 other employees, balancing and directing the work, reviewing the work and employee 8 conduct for adherence to standards and rules, and making such reports as may be 11 percent (9%) over their base hourly wage rate for the duration of the assignment. 12 B. In a department where three (3) or more Electricians are employed or work 13 together without on-site supervision, there will be a lead worker assigned. 14 C. Assignment and selection of such lead worker shall be at the sole discretion 15 of the County.
