Laws, Rules and Regulations. In performance of the Services, Contractor warrants that it has knowledge of, understands, and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including without limitation, those laws and regulations relating to the environment, health, safety, and welfare, discrimination in employment, conflicts of interest, and accounting records and requirements. SHOULD ANY APPLICABLE LAW OR REGULATION CHANGE DURING THE DURATION OF THIS AGREEMENT, CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE VERSION OF SUCH LAW OR REGULATION IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
