Common use of Laws, Rules and Regulations Clause in Contracts

Laws, Rules and Regulations. The Exclusive Representative recognizes that the School Board has responsibility and authority to manage and direct, on behalf of the public, all operations and activities of the School District to the full extent as authorized by Minnesota statutes, and that the School Board must promulgate rules, regulations, and directives for the efficient operation of the School District as long as such rules, regulations, and directives are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and are subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota and Federal statutes.
