Law Governing; Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without regard to its choice-of-laws or conflicts-of-law rules. With respect to any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the courts in the City of Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia.
