Common use of Late Payment of Rent Clause in Contracts

Late Payment of Rent. If any installment of Annual Fixed Rent or Additional Rent is paid after the date the same was due, it shall bear interest (as Additional Rent) from the date due at the Default Rate (as defined in Section 8.4). Absent specific provision to the contrary, all Additional Rent shall be due and payable in full ten (10) days after demand by Landlord.
