Language versions. 3.4.1. The working language of this MoU is English and communications between the Participants pursuant to this MoU are expected to take place in English, unless otherwise agreed by the relevant Participants. 3.4.2. Should there be any discrepancy or difference between the English version of this MoU and any translation, the version in the English language shall prevail.
