NÁVŠTĚVA KVŮLI PŘEDČASNÉMU UKONČENÍ ÚČASTI VE STUDII: Návštěva kvůli Předčasnému ukončení účasti ve studii se proplácí na základě individuálních výkonů uvedených v Příloze B-1 Rozpočtu. Platební zástupce provede úhradu Zdravotnickému zařízení do čtyřiceti pěti (45) dnů od obdržení nesporné podrobné faktury s podklady o provedených výkonech. G. PHARMACY FEES: Fees shall be paid as a one-time payment and will be payable upon receipt of an itemized invoice as defined in Attachment B-1. Sponsor will pay Payee within forty- five (45) days of receipt of an undisputed itemized invoice. Such fees shall include all cost associated with the Pharmacy, including, without limitation, setup, drug storage, dispensing and accountability, annual maintenance and close-out. Invoicing for pharmacy services must be done using a separate invoice or, in the event of invoicing together with a payment for the Institution, they must be clearly identifiable in the document (due to payment transparency).
