Common use of Language of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Language of the Agreement. Notwithstanding the provisions of art. 3.1 “Language of the Agreement” and of art. 5.3 “Interpretation and Hierarchy” of the General Part, the original version of all contractual documents, including the General Part, will be Romanian language. The Agreement/FA and any other document related to the Agreement/FA are concluded in Romanian language, as a compulsory condition.
