Common use of LANE CHANGES – CERTIFIED STAFF Clause in Contracts

LANE CHANGES – CERTIFIED STAFF. It shall be the responsibility of any employee requesting lane change advancement on the salary schedule to submit the required forms to Human Resources. Salary adjustments will be made four times based on the schedule outlined in the District Lane Change Procedures and Guidelines. When a salary change is made, the employee shall receive from the District office a written confirmation of the change stating the new salary.
