Common use of Landscaping Plan Clause in Contracts

Landscaping Plan. The Developer shall landscape the site and thereafter maintain the same in general conformity with the landscape plans approved by the Municipality (drawing LG1 last revised November 6, 2019), as prepared by MTE Engineering, all to the satisfaction of the Municipality.
