All lands and real property, including all fee, leasehold, option rights, mineral, patented mining claims, unpatented mining claims (lode and placer), unpatented millsites, tunnel sites and rights, royalties and other real property interests (whether surface, underground, mineral, or other), as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Lands”);
