Common use of Landlord’s Retention of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Landlord’s Retention of Contractor. Landlord shall independently retain the Contractor to perform the Tenant Improvement Work in accordance with the Approved Construction Drawings. Tenant shall pay a construction supervision and management fee (the “Landlord Supervision Fee”) to Landlord in an amount equal to 1.5% of the aggregate amount of all Allowance Items other than the Landlord Supervision Fee; provided that the aggregate Landlord Supervision Fee payable pursuant to this Exhibit C-1 and Exhibits C-2 and C-3 shall not exceed $12,000.00.
