After completion of the Base Building Improvements, Landlord shall not be permitted to make or suffer to be made any additional alterations, additions or improvements in, on or to the Buildings or any part thereof without the prior written consent of Tenant, except as may be required by Law or as expressly required or permitted by this Lease.
