Common use of Landlord Obligations Clause in Contracts

Landlord Obligations. Resident shall notify Landlord in writing of any alleged violation by Landlord of any of its obligations to Resident under this Contract, within fourteen (14) days after the alleged violation. To the full extent permitted by applicable law, the failure of Resident to make such notification within such time shall constitute a complete waiver by Resident of such violation by Landlord.
