Maintain Property Sample Clauses

Maintain Property. The Credit Parties shall at all times maintain, preserve and keep its plants, properties and equipment, including, but not limited to, any Collateral, in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and shall from time to time, as Borrower deems appropriate in its reasonable judgment, make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and additions thereto so that at all times the efficiency thereof shall be fully preserved and maintained. The Credit Parties shall permit Lender to examine and inspect such plant, properties and equipment, including any Collateral, at all reasonable times upon reasonable notice during business hours. During the continuance of any Event of Default, Lender shall, at the Credit Parties’ expense, have the right to make additional inspections without providing advance notice.
Maintain Property. Maintain, preserve, and protect all leases, franchises, and trade names and preserve all of its properties used or useful in the conduct of its business in a sound and prudent manner, keep the same in good repair, working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time make, or cause to be made, all needed and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, betterments and improvements thereto so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times.
Maintain Property. The Company shall at all times maintain, preserve and keep all of its Assets in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear excepted, and shall from time to time, as the Company deems appropriate in its reasonable judgment, make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and additions thereto so that at all times the efficiency thereof shall be fully preserved and maintained.
Maintain Property. The Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, at all times maintain, preserve and keep its properties and equipment, including any Collateral, in good repair, working order and condition, normal wear and tear and casualty and condemnation events excepted, and shall from time to time make all needful and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, and additions thereto so that at all times the efficiency thereof shall be fully preserved and maintained in all material respects. The Borrower shall, and shall each of Subsidiary to, permit the Lender and any Secured Party to examine and inspect such plant, properties and equipment at all reasonable times.
Maintain Property. Maintain and keep its property in good repair, working order and condition, and from time to time make all repairs, renewals and replacements which, in the opinion of the Company, are necessary and proper so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times; provided, however, subject to the terms of the Security Documents, that nothing in this subsection (c) shall prevent the Company from selling or otherwise disposing of any property whenever, in the good faith judgment of the Company, such property is obsolete, worn out, without economic value or unnecessary for the conduct of the business of the Company.
Maintain Property. (i) Carry out those repairs to the Property the liability for which is imposed upon the Landlord by Section 11 to 16 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985 (as amended). This liability obliges the Landlord to repair and keep in good order: (1) the structure of the Property and exterior (including drains gutters and pipes); (2) certain installations for the supply of water, electricity and gas; (3) sanitary appliances (including basins, sinks, baths and sanitary conveniences); and (4) appliances for space heating and water heating; but not other fixtures fittings and appliances for making use of the supply of water and electricity.
