Landlord Entering Premises. Neither the Landlord nor its agents, servants, employees, or contractors will be liable for any damage suffered to the Premises or the contents thereof by reason of the Landlord, its agents, employees, or contractors entering upon the Premises to undertake any examination thereof or any work therein or in the case of any emergency, and the Landlord will not be in breach of its covenant for quiet enjoyment or liable for any loss, costs, or damages, whether direct or indirect, incurred by the Tenant due to any of the foregoing.
