Labour Resources. 8.6.1 It is agreed between the parties that the company will primarily hire employees who have been trained and received their qualification under the Victorian Training System. 8.6.2 The company agrees that it will advise the union prior to offering a position to a worker who has been trained either interstate or overseas and will ensure that the worker’s qualifications meet Victorian standards.
