Labour Resources Clause Samples

The 'Labour Resources' clause defines the obligations and requirements regarding the personnel that a party must provide for the performance of contractual work. It typically specifies the qualifications, experience, and number of workers needed, and may require that labour resources be sufficient to meet project timelines or quality standards. This clause ensures that the party responsible for providing labour does so adequately, thereby minimizing delays and maintaining the expected standard of work throughout the contract.
