Common use of LABOUR AND PRODUCTS Clause in Contracts

LABOUR AND PRODUCTS. (a) Unless otherwise stipulated elsewhere in the Contract Documents or in other documents made available to Project Co by Owner, Project Co shall, as appropriate, provide separate metering for all services and facilities necessary for the performance of the Work.
